  • Wings do produce downforce (negative lift) if they're inverted.

  • Come on, y'all! How can you have a video all about spoilers and not have a Mercury Cyclone Spoiler, more specifically the '70 and '71? How about showing some love to a car most people don't know exists?

  • I diagree with with you 8n the difference between a wing and a spoiler. A wing can provide either lift or downforce. A wing allows the air to go both above and below it splitting the airflow. A spoiler o ly allows the air to go over it to create downforce. NASCAR uses spoilers. F1 and Indycar use wings on both the front and rear. The Dodge Daytona and Plymouth Superbird had wings mounted high in the air. Most of the cars you showed in this episode had wings on the back

  • I had gotten bored with my 69charger , so I got a Chilton took the measurements and yes turned it into a small block Dayton charger , built from fiberglass , nose , wing , dams over the tires , used the factory vacuum asmbley to open and close the hideaways, and a turned the factory hood into a flip up , and gave it to the race track for the pace car . Lot of work .

  • I wish Nascar still ran cars that resemble real cars. Wouldn't it cool if they started using Challengers, mustangs and Camaros.
