  • Did you park over someone else's oil spots in the road or are those genuine AMC oil spots?

  • Tom, was wondering how long it would be until you featured an AMX, next offer up a '71-'74 AMX, the best of those years is the 1971 and 1972. BTW, the gas cap is loose on the '68. These cars look and perform best when restored correctly and not modified because you can't improve on perfection.

  • Nice AMX, but does need some attention. For that asking price most interested folks would expect more originality. For example, the after market steering wheel and Kenwood stereo definitely detract for the market it's priced into. Honestly, should probably also be a manual transmission for most folks that would be interested in this car. However, as the owner of a 1969 Javelin SST, it's great to see AMC cars out there.

  • Don’t slam the hood and keep your butt off it! Get the correct non-venting gas cap. Fix the drivers side door. Who put those stripes on? I could go on…

  • Check to see what`s wrong with Gas-cap , looked like fuel was draining out while accelerating forward . Otherwise a very nice Classic AMC .

  • Hi Callie!! The dash tags are indeed a cool feature setting apart the the 2 seat AMX from most other vehicles. They don't correspond exactly to the order in which the cars were made, but they are believed to be kind of generally, loosely accurate to at least the approximate period of the car's build. 19,134 AMXs were built over just 3 years. Merry Christmas!! πŸŽ„πŸŽπŸŽ…
